Working With AI-MEP
AI-MEP is always interested in engineers with diverse backgrounds, perspectives, and experience.
We are focused on advancing how engineering work gets done. AI-MEP was formed alongside an active engineering practice and is shaped by real project experience and practical constraints, not technology developed in isolation.
The people involved are engineers first - designing buildings, solving real problems, and applying those insights to improve tools, workflows, and outcomes. That connection to day-to-day practice keeps the work grounded and relevant.
As the profession faces a shortage of engineering graduates, AI-MEP views technology as a way to support the next generation, capturing experience, reducing repetitive work, and reinforcing strong engineering fundamentals.
AI-MEP operates as part of Fitzemeyer & Tocci Associates, Inc. Not everyone works directly on AI-MEP. Involvement tends to emerge over time for engineers who show curiosity, technical depth, and an interest in improving how engineering is practiced.
While we may not have a specific role posted at this time, we welcome general applications from individuals who believe their skills, experience, and mindset could add value to our team.
